Julien DellaPorta

Julien DellaPorta is a health care professional, former political staffer and dedicated community organizer. After nearly a decade in public service through government policy and non-profit work, the Covid-19 pandemic inspired Julien DellaPorta to answer his calling to pursue nursing and serve our most vulnerable community members on the frontlines. While attending Monroe University School of Nursing full-time, he worked full-time as a Clinical Site Manager and Head Medical Assistant with Clear MD Health, leading teams of Medical Assistants while overseeing on-site clinical operations.

My mission is to deliver compassionate, inclusive healthcare, leveraging my background in communications and public affairs to enhance patient engagement and outcomes. While my path to becoming a Registered Nurse is unconventional, my experiences with U.S. Congress, New York City Council, the American Red Cross, and as a Disaster Response and Recovery Council Member for Danny Meyer’s USHG Community Engagement Committee have equipped me to provide exceptional support to both patients and teams in fast-paced healthcare settings.
